Shipping policy

Shipping rate: A flat $5.00 on every order, worldwide.

Processing: We prepare and ship orders within 1–3 days. You'll get an email with tracking information when your order ships.

Delivery time: Most orders arrive 8–15 days after they ship. Some international destinations can take longer.

Customs & duties: International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility.

Delayed orders: If your order hasn't arrived 15 days after it ships, email curlmuseusa@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help track it down.

Refund policy (unchanged)

90-day warranty Every CurlMuse is covered for 90 days from delivery. If yours arrives damaged or stops working because of a defect, email curlmuseusa@gmail.com. Include your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We'll reply with next steps and send a replacement at no cost.

The warranty doesn't cover damage from drops, water, misuse or normal wear.

Returns You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email curlmuseusa@gmail.com with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective. Once we receive your return, we'll refund your original payment method.

For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of used items unless they're defective. Defective items are covered by the warranty above.
