Pen or wand: which one should I get?
Get the pen if you want options: a heated comb and a heated clip, plus 3 heat settings. Get the wand if you want the simplest routine: a slim heated comb you roll up through your lashes, with no clamp at all. Or get both and take 15% off.
Will it burn my lashes or eyelid?
Both curlers use gentle heat, and the pen has 3 settings so you can start low. Test the heat on the back of your hand first, keep the warm comb on your lashes, and never hold it against your eyelid.
How long does the curl last?
It depends on your lashes and your mascara. Heat helps lashes hold a curl longer than pressure alone, the same way a curling iron holds better than rollers. Pair it with mascara for extra hold.
Can I use it on lash extensions?
Check with your lash tech first. Heat can affect some extension adhesives.
How do I charge them?
Both charge over USB from any phone charger, laptop or power bank. The pen comes with a Micro-USB cable.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive 8–15 days after they ship. Shipping is a flat $5 worldwide, and you'll get an email when your order ships.
